Quick answers for reps, distributors, contractors, and specifiers — choose a category to jump in.
Buying directly, lead times, stock, and shipping — the questions pros ask most.
Yes. Contractors, distributors, and specifiers can purchase directly from LED Living Technology. Browse products, configure your selections in the on-site quote cart, and submit for review — or email sales@LEDLivingTechnology.com for direct assistance. For ongoing or large accounts, we can set you up with a dedicated point of contact for streamlined ordering and project support.
Quick-ship inventory is positioned for time-sensitive jobs at our East Coast facility in Hatboro, PA and our West Coast facility in San Diego, CA, so orders can be routed to most US job sites quickly. Standard quick-ship items typically ship within one to three business days of order confirmation. Custom configurations and made-to-order fixtures carry longer lead times — your rep or our sales team can confirm timing for your specific project.
Yes. LED Living maintains stocked inventory specifically to support time-sensitive contractor and distributor work. Call 215-633-1558 or email sales@LEDLivingTechnology.com to check real-time availability before placing an order. We can confirm quantities on hand, projected lead times for replenishment, and which facility your order will ship from.
LED Living ships nationwide across the United States and supports shipments to Mexico, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, the Caribbean, and nearby regions. What we make, how it's used, and how to spec for your application.
LED Living covers our grid-powered commercial LED lighting — interior and exterior fixtures, retrofit kits, and application-ready products for offices, warehouses, healthcare, education, parking, and industrial environments. Solar Living is our off-grid solar lighting line, purpose-built for parks, pathways, parking lots, roadways, and municipal infrastructure where trenching or grid electrical work isn't practical. Both lines are supported by the same team — one partner, two integrated technologies.
LED Living offers both. We hold multiple US patents in LED retrofit technology, and our retrofit-friendly options are designed to reduce installation complexity and avoid full fixture replacement where it isn't needed. New fixtures are also available across all major commercial categories — high bays, linears, troffers, area lights, flood lights, and more. Retrofit selection guidance is built into our product pages and supported by your local rep.
Yes. Custom manufacturing is part of our standard service. LED Living regularly produces custom configurations, modified standard products, and special project builds when off-the-shelf models don't fit. Submit your spec requirements through the contact form or email sales@LEDLivingTechnology.com, and we'll work through feasibility, lead time, and pricing for your project.
LED Living and Solar Living products serve commercial, institutional, industrial, government, and municipal applications, including offices, retail and showrooms, healthcare facilities, K-12 and higher education, government and civic buildings, parking garages and canopies, warehouses and distribution centers, manufacturing and production floors, airports and transit hubs, parks and pathways, parking lots and roadways, hazardous locations, and service and maintenance bays. Browse the Applications section on our homepage for category-specific product paths.
Certifications, government compliance, and how to handle returns or warranty claims.
DLC (DesignLights Consortium) certification is a third-party qualification for commercial and industrial LED lighting that verifies energy efficiency, performance, and quality standards. DLC listing is typically required for fixtures to qualify for utility rebate programs across North America. Many LED Living products carry DLC certification — individual product pages and spec sheets list the exact certification status for each model.
DLC Premium is the higher of the two DesignLights Consortium qualification tiers. Premium-listed products exceed the DLC Standard thresholds on efficacy, lumen maintenance, and overall quality, and typically qualify for higher utility rebate amounts than Standard-tier products. LED Living offers DLC Premium options across multiple fixture categories — look for the DLC Premium badge on product pages or filter by certification when browsing collections.
Yes. LED Living offers BAA (Buy American Act) compliant lighting as a standard option on select products, with special-order availability on additional models. BAA compliance supports federal, government, and publicly-funded projects with domestic content requirements. Contact sales@LEDLivingTechnology.com for the current list of BAA-compliant models or to request a quote on a BAA-required project.
The Buy American Act (BAA) requires that products purchased for federal use contain a substantial percentage of domestic content and undergo final manufacturing in the United States. The Trade Agreements Act (TAA) allows sourcing from a list of designated countries that have qualifying trade agreements with the US, and typically applies to federal contracts above certain dollar thresholds. LED Living offers both BAA and TAA compliant options to support a wide range of government, military, and compliance-driven projects.
Email RMA@LEDLivingTechnology.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the return authorization process and confirm next steps for replacement, repair, or credit. Specific warranty terms vary by product line — see individual product pages or our warranty information page for details, or contact support@LEDLivingTechnology.com.
