Designed for extreme conditions, this LED luminaire combines rugged construction, energy efficiency, and customizable features to deliver reliable performance in the harshest and most hazardous environments.

Efficient and Long-Lasting Performance

With separated LED modules and drivers for optimal heat management, this luminaire ensures extended operating life and superior performance. For easy installation, this luminaire features self-locking spring terminals and can be trunnion-mounted or pendant-mounted on 3/4" NPT conduit. Optional emergency drivers for the 50W model ensure code compliance and safety during power outages.

Built to Withstand the Toughest Conditions

Featuring a waterproof, dustproof, corrosion-resistant, and anti-vibration design, this luminaire is built to last. Its completely sealed housing protects against dust and water jets, while the IK08 impact rating ensures durability. The low-copper aluminum alloy housing, durable powder coating, and anti-corrosion-treated stainless-steel brackets make it ideal for marine environments, with a lifespan of 10+ years.

Customizable to Meet Your Needs

We offer extensive customization options, including color temperatures from 2000K to 6500K, colored light options (red, blue, green, amber), and CRI options of 70 (standard), 80, or 90 (special order). The standard 120-degree beam angle can be customized to Type I, Type III, or Type V light distribution patterns. Additional mounting options (ceiling, stanchion, wall) and voltage customization (277-480VAC) are also available.

Applications

This luminaire meets stringent standards for use in Class I, Division 2 (Groups A, B, C, D); Class II, Division 1 (Groups E, F, G); Class II, Division 2 (Groups F, G); Class III; and wet locations. It’s also suitable for marine environments, making it a versatile solution for industries like oil and gas, chemical processing, and wastewater treatment.
